Seafood Thai Green Curry with convenient ingredients/food

Seafood Thai Green Curry

Seafood Thai Green Curry

I received a “free” packet of Green Thai Curry Paste!

At home I found some frozen Lobster Tail Balls in the freezer and a can of Salmon in my Pull-out Pantry!

A wok was quickly heated up with the curry paste and coconut milk added into it!

All seafood was dumped into it and stirred briefly.

Some grounded chillies and fresh coriander were added and some water too to give it some gravy!

Then I added the can of Salmon and brought it all to a boil!

It was very tasty and I need not add anything else after that!

Served with Steamed Hot Rice!

Surely this is the Easiest way to cook a dish that looks complicated and exotic as well as left me the Time to do other things as well!

Have a Great Time!

Toasted Wraps with roasted Nori, shreeded Cheese & fried Salmon

To-day I toasted two pieces of soft warps with stattered Shreeded Cheese and wrap them into two with roasted Nori sheets between them.

I microwaved a piece of fried Salmon left over from dinner last night and some Baby Brocolli stired fried with Oysters and green Shallots.

Drizzled some Tabasco Sauce over my fish….loved it!

I cut the warps into triangles with my kitchen scissors and had a nice cup of Twinnings Tea for my simple lunch by myself at home!

Char shui and Chinese Mustard with Turmeric Rice

This is super easy……….went shopping for lots of grocery, fresh meat this early evening.

Cooked Turmeric Rice and set it in “warm-pot!”

Scraped outer skin of old ginger and chopped them up!

Heated up a wok with just very little ground nut oil, added chopped ginger.

Sliced up a large pieces of Char Sui, and immediately dropped all into hot wok!

Sliced up Chinese Mustard geens and dropped them into the wok,  and stirred up well

meat and vegetables together!

Add in  some favourite Soya sauce…and “wahla!

Result:  Got a Tasty dish ready to be served with steaming hot Rice!

Fried Firm Soft Tofu with Choy Sum.

Fried Firm Soft Tofu with Choy Sum.

Fried Firm Soft Tofu with Choy Sum.

Last Tuesday I cooked this as a vegetarian dish for myself and served it with Boiled Rice of which I lightly added a little dried funugreek leaves and some washed Masoor Dhall into my pot before boiling it!

These Tofu were already prefried and packed in Plastic containers, when I bought them from most Chinese grocery shops.
I just quickly sliced the tofu up into pieces and lightly tossed them into my wok with a little cooking oil. Added in 2 tablespoons of vegetarian Oyster’s sauce, a tablespoon of fried red onions(shallots) and poured about half a cup of water and a teaspoon of vegetable seasoning powder.

I let it all come to a good boil and added in the good old Choy Sum or Chinese Spinach. It took me another minute to stir it up and dish it out onto a plate and served with tasty and nourishing par-boiled rice.

Sprinkle a dash of ground pepper if you desire!
I had mine with added red hot chilly from my garden, snipped straight into my wok with my handy good pair of Kitcken scissors, had for years!

Something so simple, healthy and quick to prepare at home for yourself!
Enjoy!!!
