Réchauffé created and tasted good!

Last night we went out for dinner as it was my birthday. So, this morning I found some left over of BBQ chicken and some steamed Chinese Kale in my fridge. An empty stomach made my mind to quickly create a most appetising Réchauffé brunch for myself as my son went back to work this morning after Easter holidays!
Ingredients I had actually used were:-
Tortilla, egg, BBQ chicken strips, chopped steamed Kale, pepper and Tomato sauce.
It was delicious and I hope to recreate this dish one-day for youtube on http://www.youtube.com/cookingwithnancy and write about it on my food blog.
