Soak seaweed kombu strips.

Slice up thinly,  small bunch of snake beans and 3 slices of ginger
and lightly fry in pan with 1 tablespoon of Olive oil.
Wash rice and add water 2.5cm above rice level
Add all ingredients together and put automatic rice cooker to boil till cooked
Place Glad wrap into platic container, press rice tightly into it and unmould onto plate

Cut a few shallot strips and shred both ends with paring knife

Leave to curl in water with few ice cubes 

Use later to garnish Sushi dish

Each piece of Salmon fish slice have been cut diagonally into 2 pieces and later individually rolled into a rosette

Ingredients:
Calrose rice
seaweed konbu
slices of young ginger
chopped Snake beans;
Smoked Atlantic Salmon
Kikkoman Soy
Wasabi paste
thinly sliced fresh fennel
fresh shallots as garnish
toasted nori sheet

Half of each Smoked Salmon fish slice, rolled into a rosette
Moulded Sushi rice
 

Moulded Sushi rice done simply by compressing hot rice into a tiny tub!

 Taste much better with dipping sauce such as Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce
