Organic Udon, Shiitake Mushrooms and Roasted Kelp

Let’s cook and enjoy a quick Healthy Oriental lunch within a few minutes!!!

All you need are 5 cups water put to boil, adding 1 teaspoon high mushroom powder (opt.). Add in Roasted Kelp knots. These can be presoaked first to soften a little to speed up cooking time, otherwise boil until this is tender.

Pour in a can of preboiled Shiitake mushrooms.

Add in two serve bunch of Organic Udon into the soup, add chopped shallots and 1 finely sliced Harbenero chilly ( please watch my community garden on http://www.youtube.com/cookingwithnancy/ on Chilly stories…..and you can see how these chillies look like. They were planted for me as a gift by our good common neighbour.

Add Soya sauce and your food is ready to be served steaming Hot from the Pot!
