Shallow fried Salmon

All sorts of Fish, be they small or big is Good for you!
They are very Nourishing food, high in Proteins, and Mineral Salts and rich in Essential oils.

For smaller fish like the Anchovies,(Ikan Bilis) when crispy-fried, even their bones can be eaten and they are rich in Calcium!

The skin on the fish is rich in Essential oils, so I never discard them in the bin! Salmon fish? Extremely rich in Omega3 as most of us know already!

This Fried Salmon can be served simply as seen in my photographs or you can serve them with your favourite Chilly sauce or Soya Sauce, or you can cook a Sweet and Sour Sauce and pour over the Fried Fish!

I had not used any salt on the fish at all, yet it turned out Crispy and Delicious!!!

You can serve it with hot Steaming Rice, Hot Chips or even Mashed Potatoes!
A Stir-fried vegetable or a bowl of Salad would be Tasty!

Mine was served with a quick Stir fry of Baby Bok-Choy with lots of chopped Ginger, a clove of Garlic, few Black Pepper-corns(crushed) and dash of Sesame Oil and Soya Sauce and Hot Steamed Rice! Very Simple, Quick, Tasty and Healthy!

Garnish Simply with sliced Lemon wedges and sprigs of Parsley or Dill is Desired!
