Omelette that can be used in many ways

This omelette can be used in so many ways in representing different dishes.
To make this, just beat up two eggs lightly with a fork.
You can add a dash of pepper or pinch of salt as desired or leave it plain.

Heat up a saucepan and add or spray some Olive oil to heat up a bit more.
Pour in beaten egg all at once and swirl the egg around the pan.
Cook on one side till the botom of egg is slightly brown before you flip it over to cook on the other side.

I am going to use this Omelette in my Rice that had been cooked with cubes of Pumpkin, making it into Nancy’s house fried rice with Prawns!

One of the ways of how this Omelette will be used will be shown when I get some time to show, “Nancy’s house Pumpkin Fried Rice,” using Green Prawns as well as some Dried Prawns!

If you cannot eat seafood, just subsitide it with something else that you like.

Will post it when that is done, but not to-night as I shall be busy cooking!
